Life is full of unexpected transitions and unfamiliar territory. Whether it’s a major change or a quiet shift, navigating these moments can feel overwhelming -- especially when trauma, grief, or chronic stress are part of your story.
I help adults build the tools they need to move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your ability to face challenges, reconnect with your values, and feel more grounded in who you are.
I welcome clients (18+) from all walks of life, backgrounds, and identities. My goal is always to help you feel comfortable and secure throughout our work together.
If you’re feeling unsure about starting therapy, you’re not alone. Reaching out might feel intimidating—but it could also be the first step toward lasting change and a more empowered version of you.
